Quality Management System (QMS) Manager (m/f/d) Job ID: 92816 / Location: Trier / Start: as soon as possible / Contract type: permanent To strengthen our Quality Assurance team in Trier / Germany, we are looking for a QMS Manager (m/f/d) in permanent employment. Your job mission: The QMS Manager will contribute to the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the company QMS, including continuous improvements of the global system in line with industrial standards and the company´s business direction and priorities. Furthermore, the incumbent will administrate and enhance the utilized IT platform for global QMS, support other QA teams in the development and maintenance of their assigned technical QMS requirements and manage the QA internal QMS activities globally. Your tasks: QMS objectives deployment: Implement QMS framework activities and manage QMS revision, drive the revision process together with authors and coordinate pillar collaboration QMS enhancement and administration: Sustain and continuously improve the overall QMS framework in alignment with relevant QA teams. Maintain the JTI QMS platform. Coordinate the roll-out of QA local QMS and ISO9K multisite certification-related activities. Drive the QMS scope extension as per aligned integration plan. QMS governance: Demonstrate QMS governance through training and best practice sharing. Drive the implementation of improvement activities through CAPA process throughout the organization Reporting: Ensure the consolidation of information for the annual management review, QA audits and QA trainings with relevant QA teams Your profile: Relevant educational background: University degree in a scientific or a technical field, e.g. chemical, physical, or environmental engineering; or food technology Practical experience: Minimum 5 years of business practice, preferably in the tobacco industry (QA / Rundamp;D, GSC) or FMCG industry (e.g. food / pharma / cosmetics) Valuable knowledge: Excellent knowledge in quality management Special strengths: Project management and audit experience (as auditee and auditor) Suitable personality: Strong analytical skills and conceptional skills, sovereignty when dealing with internal and external partners, fluent in English Practiced working time model: Possibility of 50% mobile office work within Germany on a monthly basis Your benefits: Your team: You will work in an open and international working environment with approx. 60 nations at the Trier site.
